Homebuyer
Education
Offered in conjunction with local municipalities that provide down payment assistance programs and require homebuyer education as a condition to receive such assistance.
Corporate Homebuyer Education
A targeted version of the homebuyer education program that partners
with local corporations to provide homebuyer education for their employees on onsite.
North County Homebuyers Fair
A North San Diego County celebration of National Homeownership week. This annual event provides a one-stop-shop opportunity for homebuyers to meet real estate stakeholders, attend informational workshops and presentations related to the home buying process.
Individual Development Account
A savings match program that provides a 3:1 match of funds saved by low-income first time homebuyers saving for the down payment required to purchase a home.
Community Health Education
Provides health conferences to help educate low-income community residents about disease prevention strategies such as diet, exercise, nutrition, and increased physical activity. The programs are designated to help prolong life and improve quality of life through better lifestyle choices.
Faith Based Federal Credit Union (FBFCU)
A low-income community credit union that is owned by the members that live, work, worship, go to school or are members of an organization that is headquartered in Oceanside CA within the 92054 and 92055 zip codes.
Faith Based Financial Literacy Training (FBFLT) Program
A financial education program that teaches fundamental principals of good
stewardship and money management skills.

A program designed to add an additional bedroom and bath in order to allow a foster care provider to continue to provide foster care services after they have adopted a foster child.
